The Anti-Impotence Pill Viagra
As reported recently the Viagra could be available over-the- counter and supermarket.
A report indicated there are 25 million (near about) men have already used the little wonder blue pill for impotence or erectile dysfunction on prescription after that drug’s maker Pfizer has decided to submitting an application for approval of it to European regulatory authorities to allow it for sale in pharmacies.
Change should be welcome but might mean other connected diseases were missed with no health awareness or proper check up.
Frequently it is seen, men with erectile dysfunction have underlying health problems such as diabetes and hormone disorders which can be spotted by their family physician or general practitioner at the time they come for an anti-impotence prescription.
Dr David Ralph from the Institute of Urology at University College London UK revealed that “if men can buy ED drug such as Viagra and and other anti rival drug over the counter the without a prescription, this opportunity is missed.”
Viagra examined by many researchers and found that it is very helpful too in fertility .They tested 50 samples of semen. They found that up to 79% more sperm were fully “reacted”, it were samples of those who treated with Viagra. But initially it was introduced it was never meant for this purpose.
Study: Erectile Dysfunction Drug Such As Viagra May Improve Sexual Satisfaction
According to a current study, published at the Journal of Physiology, Erectile dysfunction drug such as Viagra (Sildenafil) may enhance sexual satisfaction in addition to their well-known effect on sexual performance.
Viagra increases blood flow to the penis during arousal. Erectile dysfunction or impotent drug classified as sexual stimulants, not aphrodisiacs, in that they improve sexual function but are not known to affect arousal.
However, the scientists revealed that these Viagra play a key role (indirectly) in regulating release of oxytocin. This may be a key in understanding supplementary effects that these drugs may have on enduring users.
Although the study was made on rats, results give the impression that sildenafil (Viagra) and its analogues seem to stimulate the release of oxytocin. This hormone is released by the neurohypophysis, or posterior lobe of the pituitary gland, during orgasm.
Erectile dysfunction (ED or impotence) is a dysfunction characterized by the lack of ability to build up or keep an erection of the penis. Many underlying reasons can be named for impotent and many of those reasons are medically treatable.
The study shows that Viagra may have other effects (in addition to improve sexual performance), but the experiments were performed only in animal systems. Further research is needed.
Impotence Frequent in Obese Men
Here’s another explanation why you should stay fit. Researchers said fat people make miserable lovers simply because overweight goes hand in hand with impotence.
A study shown by the National heart, National Cancer Institute, Lung and Blood Institute, the National Heart and the American Cancer Society is that obese men were at risk for impotence or erectile dysfunction than men who exercised for at least 30 minutes in a day. About 3,000 men aged between 50 and 80 were involved in the study and 34 percent men among of these reported moderate to severe impotence.
Impotence - also known as erectile dysfunction or erection difficulty - is the consistent lack of ability to have and keep up an erection required for sex.
Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) also found strong connection between obesity and impotence. When obesity was combined with smoking, the risk of impotence was even bigger.
More recently, the link between idleness and erectile dysfunction was confirmed by Johns Hopkins researchers. In their study available in The American Journal of Medicine, the researchers found a high occurrence of impotence among men with hypertension and diabetes.
To prevent impotence, eat the right foods, look at your weight, and exercise regularly. If you have the hard luck of being impotent, don’t despair since the condition is treatable. Seek medical help as soon as possible to avoid complications later.
